Delivery & charges Delivery & Charges What are your delivery services and charges? We will deliver any of the goods available on this site via our couriers. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order. Please note we don't deliver outside British Isles/Republic of Ireland, to shipping companies or Post Office boxes. Mainland UK carriage is charged as follows: £5.50 for all kinds of items e.g. boots, helmets, leathers etc. delivery times are typically 3-5 working days. Non-mainland UK (Orkneys, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands etc.) deliveries are charged at £15 and delivery times may be longer. Next day before 12 noon is available and charged at £15.50. This is available Monday to Thursday. Next day delivery for orders placed on a Friday will be the following Monday. When and how will my order be delivered? Due to stock availability, items in your order may arrive at different times. Delivery will be between Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm. We are unable to confirm a time. Your order may be divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different times within the delivery lead time. You can get an update on your order’s progress by calling 0141 229n 0994 or by sending an email to info@bikelife.co.uk Do you deliver to BFPO? Yes, deliveries can be made to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO). However, we are currently unable to register BFPO addresses online. Please call us on 0141 229 0994 to place an order. A minimum order value of £150.00 applies to all orders shipped to a BFPO. Do you deliver to an address different to my home address? We can delivery to an address different to your home address, such as a work address. However, we must be supplied with the address to which your credit/debit card is registered to, but only for sales less than £200 What happens if I'm out when you deliver? All deliveries need to be signed for. If you're out when we try to deliver your parcel will be returned to the depot. Our carriers will leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. How do I return an item I ordered online? See our refund policy for full details. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Goods for return should be sent accompanied with the provided returns note to the following address within 28 days (10 days from the date of purchase in stores): bikelife 1052 argyle street glasgow g3 8ly If you need to return an item because it is faulty, please call 0141 229 0994 for details of our returns service. When do I get my refund once I've returned an item? Please give us at least two weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.
